Yes, we ship to every state in the United States, Puerto Rico and some cities in Canada. For shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico, please contact us to assist you in completing your purchase. If you are outside this territories please contact us to work on an international shipping quotation for you (import taxes may apply).
The shipping cost is calculated by the package delivery company taking into account: shipping address, weight and volume of the package among other factors. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically on our online store at check out or by one of our sales team members when placing the order through other channel.
We work with UPS or USPS, you can choose the best option for you at check out. Please note that USPS is the only option for P.O. boxes.
We will ship your order the next business day after your order has been confirmed. You will recieve an email with the corresponding tracking number, an order usually spends 3-5 business days in transit after leaving our warehouse.
All shipments are insured, if you receive a damaged package or if any product is missing, please contact us and send us the corresponding evidence no later than a week from recieving the package and we will make the necessary claim to replace or refund accordingly.
To make a claim, please take pictures of the closed box, making sure that at least one picture clearly shows the shipping label. When opening the box, please take pictures (or video if possible) of how the products arrived. In case any product is damaged, take evidence of the damage and share it with us no later than one week after recieving the package. Evidence recieved later than that can be rejected.

Special Order products take between 45 and 60 days to be delivered and can only be purchased by box, please ask about the MOQ for the product you are interested in.
